Every EMS-deployed system reports back to a single UK control room. Cell-level telemetry, predictive alerts, firmware over-the-air, fault isolation without leaving the desk. Most calls resolved before a van is needed.
Refurbished, not landfilled.
When a contract ends, the system comes back to the UK works. Cells are re-qualified. Racks are rebuilt. Control gear is updated. The system is re-deployed under a fresh fifteen-year warranty.
Recovery
Container returns to UK works on contracted decommissioning. Site left clean, no scrap.
Re-qualify
Cells tested at pack and cell level. Healthy cells re-grouped. Cells below threshold sent for material recovery.
Rebuild
Racks rebuilt with re-qualified cells. Inverters, control gear and BMS updated to current revision.
Re-deploy
System re-deployed under a fresh fifteen-year warranty. Capital cost a fraction of new build.
