ABOUT EMS · ESTABLISHED 2019

Built in the UK.
Trusted worldwide.

EMS Global Power Solutions is a UK-headquartered clean-energy company. We design, build and operate integrated power systems for businesses worldwide partners for the long term, not just for the project.

§ 01ORIGIN

We founded EMS to make clean, reliable power the obvious choice for serious operations.

Across construction, mining, telecoms and remote infrastructure, business leaders were hearing two kinds of pitch undersized products built for homes, or theoretical proposals that never reached deployment.

EMS is the alternative. Properly engineered, fully integrated, and ready for site backed by people who understand the demands of your operation and a 15-year performance commitment.

Our goal is not to be the cheapest. It is to be the partner you can plan a twenty-year capital programme around with confidence.

§ 02CAPABILITY

One team. The whole contract.

The same engineering group that scopes the system installs it, monitors it, and refurbishes it. No handover gaps. No subcontracted accountability.

01PHASE

Specify

Site survey, load profile, grid status, climate, soiling. We start with an engineering question, not a brochure.

02PHASE

Design

Cells, BMS, inverters and EMS chosen for the duty cycle. General arrangement drawings, single-line diagrams, control philosophy.

03PHASE

Build

Containers built and pre-tested at the UK works. Burn-in, factory acceptance, certification pack issued before the unit leaves the building.

04PHASE

Deploy

Crane in, connect, commission. Two-crew, single shift. Engineer on-site through to first export.

05PHASE

Operate

Remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, firmware over-the-air, site visits on a contracted cadence.

06PHASE

Refurbish

End of contract: cells re-qualified, racks rebuilt, control gear updated. Systems re-deployed under a fresh fifteen-year warranty, not landfilled.

§ 03THE WORKS

Built in the UK. Tested before it ships.

Every container that leaves the works has been through full electrical, thermal and mechanical acceptance. The certification pack travels with the unit, not on request.

§ 06SUSTAINABILITY

The numbers are the point. Every EMS site displaces a measurable quantity of diesel, every hour. We publish it. Sites that do not deliver against contract get refunded, not re-pitched.

No carbon-offset accounting in our headline figures.
Diesel displacement reported in litres, not equivalents.
Cell suppliers audited annually. Cobalt-free by chemistry choice.
End-of-life cells re-qualified or material-recovered. Not landfilled.
UK works runs on a corporate PPA backed by EMS-deployed assets.
Sustainability report 2025Annual report linked when published. Placeholder until release.

The conversation starts with a site, a load profile, and a problem.
